Red Cabbage and Lentil Salad Recipe
A very favorite salad with cabbage and red onion with pomegranate sauce, we do it very often. I saw a similar version of salad in a magazine, only with lentils and a small addition. I decided to cook, especially since I hadn't tried lentils before. And the result pleasantly surprised me, unusual, piquant and very combined. I think this recipe is suitable for fasting people, and as a snack for a while.

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 piece Onion red
- 70 gram Onion red
- 50 gram Lentil
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- Allspice
- Cheese hard
Instructions
- Wash the lentils. Boil in salted water until tender.
- Cut the onion into thin half rings.
- Finely chop the red cabbage.
- For dressing, mix the oil, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Mix all the ingredients, season with fragrant oil. Let the salad brew for 15 minutes, and it can be served with slices of cheese. Optionally, you can add a handful of raisins if you want.
