Rice and Vegetable Chicken Soup Recipe

Ingredients
- 1.5 liters Water
- 2 piece Chicken fillet
- 1 piece Celery root
- 1 piece Carrot
- 1/3 glass Rice
- 1 bunch Parsley
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1 cloves Garlic
- 150 gram Green peas
Instructions
- Cooking chicken broth.
- Then the chicken cools down and is crushed.
- Carrots are cut into small cubes and sent to the broth.
- Celery is cut into small cubes and added to the broth.
- Garlic is cut into thin slices and added to the broth.
- Rice is added to the broth. This recipe uses long-grain rice.
- Salt and pepper are added to the soup, the soup is cooked for about half an hour until the rice and vegetables are soft.
- Before serving, chicken fillet and parsley are added to the soup.
