Roll "Red Velvet" Recipe

That's why I decided to share with you my tender, juicy roll and my most delicious signature filling - strawberry ganache, which tastes like ice cream with strawberries. it's very tasty.

Ingredients
Sponge:
- 4 pieces Chicken eggs
- 120 gram Sugar
- 110 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 45 gram Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Food coloring
- 1 pack Vanilin
Strawberry ganache:
- 180 gram White chocolate
- 80 gram Cream (33%)
- 100 gram Fruit puree Strawberry
Instructions
- Beat eggs with sugar using a whipping nozzle in a food processor.
- Add all the dry ingredients, vegetable oil and dye to the combine, mix everything using the whipping nozzle in the combine.
- Place the silicone mat on a baking sheet, pour the mass on it and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, cover with baking paper, remove the baking sheet, wrap in paper and cool.
- For the strawberry ganache, heat the cream with strawberry puree, but not to a boil, and pour over the chocolate. Mix everything properly into a homogeneous mass, you can grind it with an immersion blender. Put it in the refrigerator for stabilization for 8 hours.
- The prepared mixture is whipped in a food processor.
- Unwrap the roll and spread with strawberry ganache.
- Roll into a roll and decorate to your liking.
