Salad "Beans with Nut Dressing and Pomegranate" Recipe

Ingredients
- 250 gram Beans canned
- 1 piece Onion
- 20 gram Butter
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 200 gram Walnuts (peeled)
- Cilantro (fresh)
- 1/2 teaspoons Khmeli-suneli
- 1/2 teaspoons Coriander (dry, ground)
- 100 ml Pomegranate juice
- 200 gram Pomegranate (seeds)
Instructions
- That's all we need for the salad.
- Finely chop the onion and fry in butter until transparent.
- Prepare the filling: chop coriander, nuts and garlic, combine with onion, spices and pomegranate juice. Mix everything well.
- Add the beans, salt and pepper to taste. Lettuce leaves should be infused for a couple of hours.
- Put the finished dish on a plate, sprinkle with pomegranate seeds, garnish with herbs.
