Salad "Edelweiss" Recipe

Another salad for the festive table without mayonnaise. A light vegetable salad must be on the New Year's table.

  1. Cut all the vegetables into rather large cubes. Chicken fillet is also cut into a large cube. Finely chop the onion with a knife. For dressing, mix vegetable oil and lemon juice.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl, except the crackers.
  3. Season with oil and lemon, mix everything together.
  4. When serving, garnish with crackers on top.
  5. A simple, fresh and juicy salad is ready!
