Salad
- 3 pieces Egg boiled
- 100 gram Dutch cheese
- 8 pieces Radish
- 150 gram Green peas (canned)
- 20 gram Green Onion
- 1 bunch Lettuce leaves
Dressing
- 1.5 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- Allspice to taste
Instructions
- We collect the necessary ingredients.
- Radish cut into thin slices.
- Cut the cheese into thin slices.
- Cut the eggs into cubes.
- Mix the crushed ingredients together.
- Add the green peas and finely chopped green onions.
- Slice the lettuce leaves or tear them with your hands, not too large. Add to the salad and mix.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, add mayonnaise and mix. Spread on a platter, decorate as desired and eat. By the way, there was still 1 clove of garlic in the original, but I decided not to add it. Those who do not use mayonnaise may well experiment with dressing. It seems to me that sour cream plus a little mustard will also fit perfectly here.
