Salad of fresh and salted Tomatoes Recipe
Last year, for the first time, I salted green tomatoes myself and was very pleased with the taste and wide range of applications. This year I did it again... I bring to your attention a very simple, but colorful and delicious salad of fresh and pickled tomatoes.

Instructions
- Vegetables for salad.
- Chop the vegetables and herbs. I cut tomatoes into large slices, and onions into rings.
- For dressing, mix vegetable oil, vinegar, mustard, add salt, sugar and ground black pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables and mix. You can let the salad brew a little, it will only benefit the taste.
