- Peel the ginger and chop it finely. In a bowl, mix ginger, soy sauce, honey, mustard, butter and balsamic cream. (If you don't have balsamic cream, I advise you to replace it with rice vinegar for sushi). Mix everything well. And pepper to taste. If you like it sharper, add grated garlic. GRATE the beets on a coarse grater.
- Mix the seaweed with beets. Fill with the dressing, let it brew for 10 minutes and you can eat.
