  1. Wash and dry the vegetables. Chop the Peking cabbage, add salt and rub it with your hands. Add horseradish and mustard, mix with a fork.
  2. Cut the radish into thin strips, add to the salad. Peel the corn and put it in the salad.
  3. Slice the cherries for the salad. Put the capers in the salad.
  4. Finely chop the onion to make a salad. Mix it.
  5. Lay out a slide, sprinkle with olive oil, garnish with chopped pistachios and green onions.
