Salad with Beet Recipe
I once tried this salad in one of the Krasnoyarsk restaurants, I really liked the combination of non-banal products and since then I have been cooking it at home. Especially good in it is that you can change the ingredients in addition to the main one - beetroot - and it will always be delicious!

Ingredients
- Lettuce leaves
- 1 piece Beet
- 250 gram Mozzarella
- 1 handful Walnuts
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Here are the ingredients we'll need today. First of all, boil the beets and cool.
- Put half of the salad from the bag in a bowl. Cut the beetroot and cheese into slices, chop the nuts.
- Send the chopped products to the salad, season with oil. I don't add salt or pepper, I get it delicious 🙂 So, in a few minutes (not counting the time for cooking beets), we prepared a delicious and healthy salad.
