Ingredients
Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Sunflower oil
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Sour cream
- Allspice to taste
Instructions
- Put the lettuce leaves in a large bowl. Sliced radish, corn without liquid.
- In a separate bowl, mix sunflower oil, wine vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and sour cream.
- Add half of the sauce to the salad and mix gently.
- On skewers we string a piece of ham, a piece of cucumber and a small onion.
- Cut the boiled eggs into quarters. Spread on the salad. Skewers are also spread on the salad and pour the remaining sauce.
