The salad was great! Now I use this combination for evening snacks and after fitness classes, because it is satisfying, light and very tasty!

Instructions
Peel the carrots, wash them, grate them on a coarse grater.
Add cottage cheese, finely chopped herbs and green onions. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Mix it. The liquid in the bean curd is enough for refueling, but I still add a drop of fragrant oil.
