Salad with Chard and Grainy Cottage Cheese Recipe
Chard is a leafy beet. For this salad, you can use young beet tops. It will be very tasty too. For dressing, I used grainy cottage cheese in cream-just fine! Salad, where a lot of greens, with an egg-full of vitamins and benefits!

Ingredients
- 3 pieces Leafy beets (chard leaves or young beet tops)
- Green Onion
- 3 twig Dill
- 2 pieces Cucumber
- 2 pieces Egg
- 120 gram Curd cheese
- Allspice to taste
Instructions
- Greens: Swiss chard, dill, onion, cucumber cut finely and put into a salad bowl. Hard-boiled eggs. Two pieces are cut not very small and sent to the salad.
- Salt and pepper, season with grainy cottage cheese and cream. To serve, I also cut the egg with a special device.
- Mix the salad in a salad bowl.
- I will serve the salad in glasses to each separately. Spread the salad in veryny. Top with eggs in circles and a spoonful of grainy cottage cheese, decorate with dill, pepper if desired with freshly ground black pepper.
