Salad with Pear and Grapefruit Recipe
A very juicy, delicious and healthy salad of pears, peppers and grapefruit. Salad is not a dessert, despite the predominance of fruits in it. Very tasty, appreciated even by my husband, who rarely welcomes such culinary experiments.
Servings 4
Cook Time 15 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 pieces Pears
- 1 piece Grapefruit
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper
- Lettuce leaves
- Parsley (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons Pine nuts
- 2 tablespoons Vinegar
- 4 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- Allspice (to taste)
Instructions
- The hardest and longest thing here is to peel the grapefruit. The grapefruit slices peeled from the skin and films are divided into pieces.
- Peel the pears from the core and cut into slices.
- Pepper (I had red and half an orange) cut into strips.
- Mix the pears, grapefruit and pepper. Pour the dressing with a mixture of wine vinegar, oil (I have grape seeds), salt and pepper.
- Pine nuts fry in a dry frying pan.
- Put the lettuce leaves on a plate. Put the salad on top of the slide, sprinkle with chopped parsley and roasted nuts. The salad is ready.
