Boil the rice in salted water, remove the bag from the water and leave to cool. Cut the cucumber into strips.
Cut the salmon into cubes and add to the sliced cucumber.
Add the boiled rice and a pinch of ground black pepper.
Peel the squid and boil it in salted water for 2 minutes. Remove from the water and cool. Cut the squid into strips and put it in a salad bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
Add mayonnaise to taste and mix thoroughly. If desired, add a little salt.
