For the New Year, I made these bright sandwiches with cream cheese and egg paste. They immediately disappeared from the table. I decorated them with cod caviar and slices of cucumber and radish.
I cut each slice of bread diagonally into 2 pieces.
For pasta, I used this kind of processed cheese. It has a very soft consistency. I mashed the whites with a fork and mixed them with cheese and finely chopped green onions. A little salt.
Spread the resulting paste on bread.
Sprinkle the crushed egg yolk on top. Put on a teaspoon of caviar and garnish with slices of cucumber and radish.
I have cod caviar. You can use any of them, focusing on your taste and budget.
