- 250 gram Onion net weight
- 400 gram Champignons raw
- 1 glass Buckwheat
- 16 pieces Chicken skin
- Vegetable oil for frying mushrooms
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Prepare homemade minced meat, finely chop the onion (you can chop it in a meat grinder together with the meat). Boil buckwheat in salted water. for 2 cups of water, take 1 cup of buckwheat. Cool it down.
- Finely chop the mushrooms, put them in a frying pan, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Fry them until soft.
- Minced meat, onions, boiled and cooled buckwheat, mushrooms - mix everything in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- We sort chicken skins, mine. Sprinkle a little salt to taste, mix.
- Put the minced meat on the wide end of the skin and wrap it in sausages.
- Put everything on a baking tray. The baking tray does not need to be greased with oil. And put it in a preheated oven. I preheat the oven for 10 minutes at a temperature of 250 degrees, then, laying out a baking sheet with "sausages", I lower the temperature to 200 degrees. In the oven, the "sausages" stand for about 40 minutes. The resulting liquid is drained into a plate.
- This is how they look after baking in the oven. Delicious and fragrant. Bon appetit to everyone!!!
