- 1 pack Buckwheat
- 1 piece Zucchini
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 100 gram Cheese hard
- 2 tablespoons Sour cream
- Garlic powder
- Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- The first step is to boil buckwheat. Peel and grate the zucchini on a coarse grater. Pour the buckwheat out of the bag.
- To do this, mix boiled buckwheat and zucchini in a bowl. Add egg, sour cream, ground black pepper, salt and dry garlic.
- Mix everything thoroughly, put it into molds and sprinkle generously with grated cheese. Put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20 minutes.
