- 70 gram Cheese hard
- 2 pieces Egg
- 1 piece Onion red
- 1 piece Apple
- Allspice (to taste)
- Mayonnaise (or sour cream, or mayonnaise - to taste)
Pancakes
- 1-2 pieces Egg
- Vegetable oil

- Boil the squid for 2 minutes, cut into strips (this time I did it with canned squid, but it turns out more tender with a regular salad).
- Boil 2 eggs, cut into cubes.
- Finely chop the onion, if the onion is white, it is better to blanch it to remove the bitterness, or marinate with a little salt + sugar + lemon juice.
- Cut the apple into small cubes.
- For pancakes, whisk an egg with a fork or whisk, fry in a small amount of vegetable oil.
- Cut the pancakes into strips, add to the salad.
- GRATE the cheese on a medium grater.
- It is seasoned with mayonnaise, spices to taste.
