Once I was frying cheesecakes, and I wanted to pour something like that on them. Condensed milk, honey, jam are tired... Right on the move, I composed the sauce, and it turned out quite well, very delicate taste and consistency. Try this!
Put honey and butter in a saucepan, put on low heat...
... and with continuous stirring, melt both.
When the honey and butter have melted (or almost melted), add the milk and bring the whole mass to a boil.
Pour in the flour and try to stir well, breaking up the lumps if possible. Do not put a lot of flour, level it with a tablespoon - this is enough.
Boil it for just a couple of minutes.
Remove from the heat, add salt and vanilla and whisk the whole mass well in a blender so that the remaining stubborn lumps still "break".
Our sauce is ready! We can serve cheesecakes, pancakes or whatever you want!
