The Spring Rolls with the Stomachs of Turkeys, and Vegetables Recipe
Spring rolls are a well-known street food in a number of Asian countries and the middle East. These are rice paper pancakes stuffed with vegetables, herbs and meat products. It is very appetizing, delicious and healthy!

Ingredients
- 300 gram Turkey stomach
- 0,5 piece Avocado
- 0,5 piece Red sweet pepper
- 0,5 piece Red onion
- 0,5 piece Cucumber
- 0,5 piece Carrot
- 2 pieces Lettuce / Lettuce (leaves)
- 8 pieces Rice paper
- 0,5 piece Lemon
- 40 ml Soy sauce for serve
- 1 twig Thyme
- 100 ml Vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the stomachs into strips. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Fry until tender in a pan with oil. Add a sprig of thyme for flavor.
- Cut the avocado into thin slices and pour the lemon juice over it so that it doesn't darken.
- Cut fresh cucumber, sweet pepper, carrot, lettuce leaves into strips. Sweet onion cut into feathers.
- Dip a sheet of rice paper in warm water for 5-10 seconds. While it is still solid, put it on a wooden Board. If the sheet is not wet, it can be sprinkled with water.
- Put the filling on rice paper - a little of everything.
- Then carefully wrap the envelope.
- Fry the spring rolls in well-heated oil until crisp.
- Serve, sprinkled with sesame seeds and herbs, with soy sauce or other sauce.
