Tomato Burger Recipe
An unusual and bright snack. A juicy cutlet with onions and sauce, "hidden" not in a bun, but in a baked tomato, seems to me original and interesting... and you?... The idea is borrowed from the Internet and adjusted to our taste. Try to cook.

- 0,5 piece Red onion

- Mix thoroughly and whisk several times.
- Cut the same tomatoes in half, peel the pulp with a spoon.
- Cut the onion into thin rings and fill with cold water, leave for a few minutes.
- Thinly slice the cheese.
- Put the tomatoes in a hot frying pan seam down and bake until soft, this happens quickly, you can check with a toothpick.
- Grease the bottom part with sauce (I took ready-made garlic sauce).
- From the filling to form fluffy cutlets.
- Fry in vegetable oil on both sides until tender. You can check the readiness by piercing once with a toothpick, transparent juice should flow out.
- At the end of cooking, put a slice of cheese on each cutlet, let it melt.
- Place the onion rings on the bottom of the tomato.
- Put the cutlet with cheese on top.
- Cover with the second half of the tomato. Enjoy your meal.
