Triangles of Pita Bread with Melted Cheese Recipe
A delicious snack of pita bread with melted cheese. I often cook these triangles as a quick snack or instead of sandwiches. They are very tender and nutritious. And there is very little time left for cooking. It's amazing!

Ingredients
- 1 piece Pita Bread
- 1 piece Cheese melted
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cut the pita bread into strips 20-25 cm long and 5-6 cm wide. I made 7 strips from one pita bread.
- Cut the melted cheese into 7 pieces.
- Wrap the cheese in pita bread in the shape of a triangle.
- Add a pinch of salt to the eggs and whisk with a fork.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add vegetable oil. Dip each triangle in an egg and put it in a frying pan.
- Fry the pita bread triangles on both sides until golden brown. Lavash appetizer is very tasty both hot and cold. Enjoy your meal.
