Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons Flour wheat / Flour 250g
- 5 gram Baking powder in dough
- 1 glass Sugar 140g
- 2 teaspoons Brandy optional (I didn't add)
- 1 pack Vanilla sugar
- 100 gram Raisins 50/50 dark ,light rinse ,dry
- 150 gram Figs wash ,dry ,remove the dry root ,cut
- 100 gram Dried apricot wash ,dry ,cut
- 100 gram Date remove bone ,cut
- 100 gram Walnuts chop with a knife
Instructions
- Take all dried fruits according to your taste, more or less than 1 handful, (finely chop), chop the nuts with a knife (or any other nut), rinse, dry, remove all dry twigs. In a bowl, mix: sugar, eggs, flour, baking powder (sifted), vanilla - mix everything with a whisk until smooth. The dough is like for pancakes.
- Add dried fruits and nuts, mix. Turn on the oven.
- Grease the cake pan with vegetable oil, I have a form 23 by 13. Lay out the dough, level the top, put it in the oven at 160-170 * (watch your technique) I cooked in the oven for 35 minutes.
- The pie is ready.
