The pie is prepared for one, two, three!!! It can be prepared without a mixer! The pie turns out to be very tender, airy, and very tasty, it tastes as if there is cottage cheese in the pie!
Beat the eggs, then gradually add the sugar, vanilla sugar and whisk everything. Then add the sour cream, mix everything and put the flour and baking powder in 2 stages and mix everything again.
Half of the dough is poured into a form covered with parchment and spread on the dough part of the berries mixed with 1 tbsp. l of flour. Next, pour the remaining dough and again spread the remaining berries
We send it to the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes and bake at 180 degrees.
The cake turned out to be high, lush and unrealistically delicious!
