Add a jar of condensed milk and vanilla sugar and beat well with a mixer.
Add baking powder to the flour, sift and gradually add to the dough.
The resulting dough is spread in the form (I take d=20 cm).
Bake at 180 degrees*C with about 30 minutes (the biscuit is ready when you poke it anywhere with a toothpick and it comes out of it dry).
Let the sponge cake cool, and in the meantime, we will deal with the cream. Our task is just to mix sour cream and powdered sugar, no need to whisk. Just mix intensively with a whisk for a couple of minutes and that's it.
When the biscuit has cooled, cut it into thin cakes (about 1 cm in thickness). The top of the biscuit I usually give to my men to be torn to pieces)))
Here are the cakes we get.
On a plate/substrate, put a spoonful of our cream and put the top of the cake (do not forget that the Bottom cake-the most smooth and beautiful-leave on top of the cake)
Well smear the cake with cream (this will take 3-4 tablespoons) and lay the berries plentifully ... blueberries and raspberries are my classics, and there you can add anything you like-I have fresh strawberries and a banana today.
Do this with each layer.
The top cake is again smeared with cream and decorated... I like to decorate with milk chocolate and coconut shavings, because they are sooo delicious complement to our cake. Send it to the refrigerator overnight. This cake will not leave anyone indifferent! Bon appetit.
