Vegetable Salad Recipe
A quick and hearty salad. It can be consumed both warm and chilled.

Instructions
I really like the combination of celery with mushrooms.
Cut the mushrooms into large pieces, grate the celery on a coarse grater.
Mix soy sauce with sesame seeds, you can add a couple of tablespoons of water.
Fry the mushrooms in olive oil for two minutes.
Add the grated celery, stir and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Season with a mixture of seeds and sauce and simmer for a couple of minutes.
Very fast, simple and delicious - both warm and chilled!
