A simple and delicious salad for every day. The combination of white, green and black colors will please the eye, and the taste will give pleasure.

  1. Wash the cucumbers and cut them into strips. Wash the green onion and parsley, dry and finely chop.
  2. Cut cheese into cubes, olives into rings.
  3. Mix cucumbers, parsley and green onions. Place on a platter in an even layer, on top of the cheese. Sprinkle with herbs and pour over the dressing (olive oil + wine vinegar + spices). Serve immediately.
  4. You can just mix everything up.
