Ingredients
- 1 piece Carrot
- 100 gram Celery root
- 1 piece Onion red
- 300 gram Corn (canned)
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper
- Allspice to taste
- 2 tablepsoons Mayonnaise
- 1 clove Garlic
Instructions
- Cut the celery, cucumber and carrot into thin slices (you can use a Korean grater). Cut onion into half rings, Bulgarian pepper into thin strips. Mix vegetables, add corn.
- Mix the chopped garlic and mayonnaise. I have olive mayonnaise. Season the vegetables with the resulting sauce, season with salt and pepper to taste. Ready.
