Ingredients
- 1/2 pieces Chinese cabbage
- 3 pieces Kiwi
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 tablespoon Sunflower seeds (fried)
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 pinch Salt
- 70 ml Vegetable oil
Instructions
- For dressing, mix vegetable oil, liquid honey, garlic through a garlic chopper, mustard, lemon juice, salt, add onion cut into half rings, mix and leave to marinate for 5 minutes. Chop the cabbage not very finely, cut the kiwi into half rings. Mix all the ingredients and sprinkle with the seeds.
