Vegetable Salad Recipe
Refreshing, bright, delicious and healthy salad. Three main ingredients - cherry tomatoes, sweet peppers and walnuts are perfectly combined with sweet and sour dressing and aromatic herbs. You just need to try it to feel the freshness and taste!

Ingredients
- 250 gram Cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 pieces Sweet yellow pepper (you can use pepper and other colors)
- 50 gram Walnuts
- Greens (to taste, I have Basil and parsley)
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Vinegar (rice or Apple)
Instructions
- Prepare the necessary ingredients. Wash the cherry tomatoes and sweet peppers and peel the nuts.
- Cut cherry tomatoes in half. Cut sweet pepper into thin strips.
- Chop the nuts. (I do this on a Board with a rolling pin).
- Make the dressing: mix soy sauce with olive oil, vinegar and honey.
- Mix all the ingredients, add the chopped herbs and season the salad with sauce. You can serve it to the table!
