Vegetable Salad with Fennel Recipe
This is an amazing vegetable - fennel. For onions, for flavor - either anise or dill. Juicy, crispy. Salads with it turn out just wonderful.

Instructions
In a large bowl, cut the salad into pieces with your hands.
Add the cucumber, cut into half rings.
Add the chopped tomatoes.
Cut half of a fennel bulb into thin slices.

Pour out half of the chopped bell pepper there, preferably yellow, but you can also red.
Finely chop the fennel greens to make a salad. There is not much of it, but do not neglect it, it is very fragrant.
If desired, you can add finely chopped green onions and a little parsley and dill to the salad.
Carefully whisk the olive oil and lemon juice in a small jar, closing the lid tightly.
Add salt to the salad, pour over the dressing and mix gently.
