Vegetable Salad with Fennel Recipe
An amazing vegetable is fennel. For onions, for flavor - anise or dill. Juicy, crispy. The salad with it is simply delicious.

Instructions
In a large bowl, cut the lettuce leaves by hand into pieces.
Add the cucumber, cut into half rings.
Add the chopped tomatoes.
Cut half of the fennel bulb into thin slices.

In the same place, add half of the sliced green pepper, preferably yellow, but red.
Finely chop the fennel greens to make a salad. There is not much of it, but do not neglect it, it is very fragrant.
If desired, you can add finely chopped green onions and a little parsley and dill to the salad.
Carefully whisk the olive oil and lemon juice in a small jar with a tightly closed lid.
Add salt to the salad, pour over the dressing and mix gently.
Place on a flat plate, sprinkle with parmesan flakes and sprinkle with balsamic cream sauce (this is optional and possible).
