Instructions
- Defrost the sea cocktail, wash it, and put it on a sieve.
- Fill the arugula with cold water and salt for 10 minutes. Rinse and dry.
- Tear the arugula with your hands, wash the tomato, dry it, cut it. To connect vegetables and season with salt and mix well.
- Fry the onion in 1 tablespoon of olive oil, add the seafood, fry for 2 minutes, the heat is strong.
- Add hot seafood with onions.
- Add the olive rings, ground black pepper, 1 tbsp olive oil. Mix well.
- Serve immediately to the table.
