The rice is cooked. Straight hot rice spread in a salad bowl. We prepare radishes and lemon. The radish had small green sprouts and I left them to decorate the salad and cut a little into the salad.
Hot rice is seasoned with linseed oil. Use any vegetable oil you like. Remove the zest from the lemon and send it to the radish. Radish 5 pcs (1 pc will leave for decoration) grate on a grater and squeeze out the liquid. I'll send it to the salad bowl. I'll mix it up. If desired and to taste, squeeze a little lemon juice. I didn't add it. I was satisfied with the taste of one linseed oil.
All combined, decorated with slices of radish, lemon and sprouts. I submitted it. Healthy and delicious.
