Bases
- 3 tablespoons Soft cheese
- 1 bunch Lettuce leaves
- 1 piece Onion red
- 4 tablespoons Pomegranate (seeds)
- 1 piece Persimmon
- 2 tablespoons Pistachios
- 0.25 pieces Chinese cabbage (only green part)
Dressing
- 0.5 piece Orange
- 1 piece Lime
- 1 teaspoons Honey
- 4 tablespoons Olive oils
- Allspice (to taste)
Instructions
- Prepare the dressing: mix all the ingredients (from squeezed citrus juice) and mix until an emulsion forms.
- Put lettuce leaves on a dish (tear them with your hands), Peking cabbage and sprinkle with onion rings. Add half of the salad dressing and mix.
- Then lay out thin rings (or half rings) of ripe persimmon, pieces of cheese. Add the finely chopped pistachios.
