Ingredients
Dough:
- 200 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 100 gram Sugar powder
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 5 gram Baking powder
- 80 gram Butter
Filling:
- 100 gram Curd cheese
- 150 gram Cottage cheese
- 50 gram Sugar
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 250 gram Apricots
Streusel:
- 70 gram Butter cold
- 60 gram Sugar
- 100 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 15 gram Almond flour or any nut crumb
Instructions
- Whisk the butter with powdered sugar.
- Without ceasing to beat, add one egg at a time.
- Sift the flour with salt and baking powder and add to the oil mixture. Mix it.
- Cover the 20 cm form with parchment. Put the dough into a mold, smooth it out, making the edges higher, and in the middle of the recess.
- For the filling, mix the egg, cottage cheese, cheese and sugar well.
- Remove the seeds from the apricot and cut it into pieces. Add the apricots to the filling and mix.
- Put the filling on the dough.
- For the streusel, grind everything into crumbs.
- Stuff the stuffing with streusel - it's better to start from the edges. I sprinkled almond crumbs on top of the streusel (3 tbsp.).
- Put in a preheated 175 degree oven and bake - I have 40 minutes on the middle shelf and 15 minutes on the top - focus on your oven. Cool it.
- Enjoy with tea or coffee.
