Ingredients
For the dough:
- 180 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 160 gram Cottage cheese
- 3 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/3 teaspoon Vanilin
- 2 tablespoons Melted butter
Additionally:
- 1 tablespoon Melted butter
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- Sugar to taste
- Hazelnut to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, add cottage cheese (160 gr.), salt (1/2 teaspoon), sugar (3 tablespoons), egg (1 PC.)
- Punch the curd mixture with a blender leg into a smooth, fine homogeneous mass.
- Melt butter.
- Add to the curd mass, melted butter (2 tablespoons). One tablespoon of leave for lubrication of the layer of rolled dough.
- Next, add the total amount of sifted and mixed with vanilla (1/3 teaspoon) flour (180 gr.), add baking powder (1 teaspoon). Knead a smooth and soft dough. Cover the dough with cling film and leave for 15-20 minutes.
- Next, roll out the dough into a thin layer about 3 mm thick, lightly lubricate!! melted butter, sprinkle with sugar and fried / crushed hazelnuts, roll into a roll. Pinch the seam.
- Next, cut the roll lengthwise into two parts, not reaching the edge of about 2-3 cm.
- Then arrange in the form of a flagellum.
- Grease the basket with beaten egg and send it to the oven preheated to t200*C.
- Bake until Golden brown.
