Sauce
- 1 piece Lemon
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 50 ml Vegetable oil
- 1 bunch Greens
Salad
- 200 gram bean canned
- 2 pieces Sweet peppers (red and yellow)
- 10 pieces Cherry tomatoes
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 bunch Lettuce leaves
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- It is advisable to soak the beans in advance.. I like to do it at night.
- The prepared beans are boiled quickly for 20 minutes, salt is added Bulgarian pepper, onion cut into strips, cherry tomatoes cut in half. Mix all the ingredients, add finely chopped herbs.
- For the sauce, squeeze lemon juice, chop garlic, herbs, add oil and rub everything in a mortar ... When serving, pour the sauce over the salad.
