Ingredients
Brownies:
- 225 gram Butter
- 4 pieces Chicken eggs
- 180 gram Sugar
- 120 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 60 gram Cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Cheesecake:
- 225 gram Cream cheese
- 50 gram Sugar
- 3 tablespoons Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 200 gram Berries (black currant / raspberry / cherry...
Instructions
- Beat the eggs with sugar into a fluffy thick foam.
- Pour in the melted cooled butter, mix.
- Sift the flour mixed with cocoa and salt, mix gently with ascending movements.
- For the cheesecake, mix sugar, cream cheese, egg and flour.
- Evenly distribute 3/4 of the brownie dough over the mold. The form is 26x20 cm .
- Put a layer of cheesecake on top.
- And put the remains of the brownie dough on it. Use a stick to make divorces in the dough.
- Put berries on top. In my case - black currant, but you can take any berries - raspberries, cherries, red currants, cranberries, cranberry puree, etc. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 170C until completely dry. Cool, cut into squares, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
