Brownies Recipe
Brownie is a traditional dessert of American cuisine, which is usually served with milk, coffee or warm ice cream and whipped cream. By its consistency, the delicacy is a cross between soaked cake and dry cookies. It has a dry crispy crust on top, and a viscous moist filling inside. There are quite a lot of brownie recipes, but this one is my favorite, the most chocolate. Cooking this delicious chocolate dessert at home is quite simple. Try it?

Cook Time 60 minutes
Ingredients
- 125 gram Margarine
- 175 gram Dark chocolate
- 225 gram Sugar
- 1 pack Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 125 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 75 gram Walnuts
- 75 gram Hazelnuts can be replaced by any nuts
- 100 gram Chocolate-nut paste
Instructions
- Melt margarine or butter over moderate heat, add chocolate broken into pieces to it. Heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is completely dissolved. Cool.
- Add sugar, salt, vanilla sugar to the cooled chocolate and beat until the sugar is completely dissolved. Beat the eggs, add to the chocolate mass, mix.
- Chop the nuts (to enhance the taste, I pre-fry in a dry frying pan), mix with flour and gradually, in small portions, mix into the chocolate mass.
- Cover the form with parchment or baking paper, lightly brush with oil, put the cooked mass into it and bake in a preheated oven to 200 C for 40 minutes.
- The finished product in hot form is cut into 12 squares. Put a teaspoon of peanut nougat on each, and half a walnut on the nougat. It is better to eat such brownies right away while they are still slightly moist inside, as Americans do. Enjoy your meal!
