Brownies is a traditional dessert of American cuisine, which is usually served with milk, coffee or warm ice cream and whipped cream. In its consistency, the delicacy is something in between soaked cake and dry cookies. It has a dry crispy crust on top and a viscous moist filling inside. Brownie recipes quite a lot, but this is my favorite, the most chocolate. To prepare this mouth-watering chocolate dessert at home is quite simple. Try?
On moderate fire melt margarine or butter, add to it broken into pieces of chocolate. Heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate dissolves completely. Cool.
Add sugar, salt, vanilla sugar to the cooled chocolate and beat until sugar dissolves. Beat eggs, add to the chocolate mass, mix.
Nuts chop (to enhance the taste, I pre-fry in a dry pan), mix with flour and gradually, in small portions to interfere in the chocolate mass.
Form lay parchment or baking paper, lightly lubricate with oil, put it in the cooked mass and bake in a heated oven at 200 C for 40 minutes.
The finished product is hot cut into 12 squares. On each put a teaspoon of peanut nougat, nougat - half of a walnut. These brownies are better to eat immediately, while they are still slightly damp inside, as do the Americans. Bon appetit!
