Ingredients
Dough:
- 500 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 7 gram Yeast (dry)
- 50 gram Sugar
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs 2 - in dough, 1 for lubrication rolls
- 250 milliliters Milk
- 70 gram Butter
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
Filling:
- 300 gram Halva
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 1 tablespoon Cream
Instructions
- Sift flour, add yeast.
- In a separate bowl, lightly beat the eggs.
- Add sugar, salt, melted butter and warm milk.
- Mix well.
- Mix the flour mixture with the egg. Knead a soft, slightly sticky dough.
- Tighten the bowl with the dough with a film and put it in a warm place for 1.5 hours to rise.
- While the dough is coming, prepare the filling for the rolls. Mash the halva with a fork, add the egg and cream. Mix well until smooth.
- The dough came up. We begin to form buns.
- Sprinkle the work surface with flour. Divide the dough into 12 parts.
- Roll out a piece of dough into a rectangle.
- Put the filling on top of the halva.
- Roll into a roll.
- Bend the edges of the tape measure under the bottom to the middle.
- Use a sharp knife to make incisions from the edge to the center, but not to the end. Turn the resulting halves into slices up.
- Place the "butterflies" on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and leave for 15 minutes. Start preheating the oven to 180 degrees. After 15 minutes, grease the buns with beaten egg and send them to bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. Take out the buns and let them cool.
- The buns turned out to be very tender!
