Cabbage Salad with Cheese Dressing Recipe
A very healthy and delicious salad with spicy dressing will appeal to those who are on a diet, and not only. Cabbage gives volume and saturates, pepper gives sweetness and aroma, and a light dressing of cheese and kefir makes the salad taste very rich.

Ingredients
- 500 gram Cabbage
- 1 bunch Parsley
- 1 piece Red pepper
- 1/2 glass Kefir
- 4 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 100 gram Bryndza Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Vinegar
- 1 tablespoons Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoons Lemon zest
- Salt
- Allspice
Instructions
- Ingredients.
- Thoroughly wash and dry the parsley leaves.
- Cut very finely.
- Finely chop the cabbage, add salt and mash it with your hands so that it gives a little juice.
- Pepper cut into small cubes.
- Put kefir, cheese, vinegar, mustard and zest in a blender and mix.
- Pour in 4 tablespoons of sunflower oil and scroll again. If desired, add a pinch of sugar.
- Mix the cabbage with pepper, sprinkle with parsley and pour over the dressing. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
