Delicious canapes with herring oil are a very spicy snack. It can be served both to a festive table and to a simple one. The taste is salty and spicy.

  1. Put the butter in a warm place so that it becomes soft.
  2. Cut the onion into rings, marinate - I poured boiling water over it, put it in a jar, there salt, sugar, sunflower oil, a little vinegar. Shake it up. Put it in the refrigerator.
  3. Choose the herring that you like.
  4. Chop the butter and herring through a meat grinder.
  5. Mix the minced meat.
  6. Cut white bread into thin slices, cut out circles (or squares, triangles... only cut the cake).
  7. Fry on 1 side, cool.
  8. Put cucumber slices on the bread.
  9. Squeeze the chopped herring out of the culinary syringe beautifully, decorate with herbs. Serve the onion separately.
