Carrot Rice Recipe
Carrot rice is both a hearty and light dish, it is cooked very quickly. I hope you enjoy the taste of this unusual and healthy side dish.

Instructions
To make a side dish, I took white long-grain rice.
Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater. Finely chop the broccoli. Cut the onion into strips.
Put the carrots in a large saucepan, add the onion, rice and broccoli.
Pour 350 ml of water, bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 20 minutes until the rice has absorbed all the water.
Add salt to taste, turmeric and saffron. Mix well. The side dish is ready.
