Casserole with Minced Meat and Vegetables Recipe
The dish can be prepared both for a family Sunday lunch and for working days. Minced meat and vegetables do not need to be pre-fried. Juicy casserole with minced meat and vegetables is prepared quickly and easily, and it turns out very tasty.

Ingredients
- 400 gram Minced meat
- 4 pieces Potatoes
- 1 piece Onion
- 200 gram Broccoli (can be frozen)
- 5 tablespoons Sour Cream (15%)
- 70 gram Cheese hard
- Dill, parsley (to taste)
- The mixture of peppers (for minced meat - to taste)
- Black pepper (for potatoes)
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil (for greasing the baking dish)
Instructions
- Boil the broccoli for 3 minutes in salted boiling water. Flip into a colander and cool.
- Peel the potatoes, cut into 5-6 mm thick slices. Add 2 tablespoons of sour cream, salt and ground black pepper.
- Cut the onion into half rings, tomatoes into circles.
- Add a mixture of peppers and salt to the minced meat.
- Grease the bottom of the baking dish (the size of my molds is 33 by 20 cm) with vegetable oil. Put the potatoes in the sour cream.
- Next, put the minced meat, then the broccoli.
- And continue to lay out layers of onions, then tomatoes.
- Add salt to the tomato layer and brush with 3 tablespoons of sour cream. We send it to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 30 minutes.
- Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, chop the parsley and dill. 5 minutes before the end of cooking, sprinkle the casserole with cheese. Sprinkle the finished casserole with herbs.
