Ingredients
Dough:
- 150 gram Cream cheese
- 70 ml Cream (10%)
- 150 gram Flour
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 40 gram Sugar
- 30 ml Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1/3 teaspoon Salt
Decoration:
- 2 tablespoons Sugar powder
- 1 twig Rosemary
- Cranberries to taste
Instructions
- Turn on the oven to warm up. In a bowl, pour the cream, add the cream cheese.
- Add the egg, sugar and salt, and beat lightly with a whisk.
- Add baking powder and sifted flour, knead a homogeneous dough, slightly thicker than on pancakes.
- Transfer the dough to a mold, 0.8-1 l. volume, place in a preheated oven.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes, until "dry splinter". Cool the cake on the grill.
- To serve, decorate the cake with powdered sugar, a sprig of rosemary and cranberries. Cake weight 500 g.. P.S.: Rosemary grows successfully in my window, in a pot. Let the new year holidays be bright and delicious.
