Ingredients
Chocolate dough:
- 100 gram Sugar
- 100 gram Butter
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 150 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 3 teaspoons Cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
Cottage cheese filling:
- 600 gram Cottage cheese
- 150 gram Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Corn starch
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
Instructions
- Pour the sugar into a bowl and add the softened butter.
- Beat with a mixer until creamy.
- Add one egg at a time, beating with a mixer.
- Sift the flour with cocoa and baking powder.
- Combine the butter and flour mass.
- Beat with a mixer. The dough is ready.
- For the filling, combine cottage cheese, eggs, sugar and starch in a container.
- Punch with an immersion blender until smooth.
- Cover the baking dish with foil or parchment. Spread out 3/4 of the dough.
- Top with the curd filling.
- Spread the rest of the dough on top of the filling and make streaks with a match or toothpick. Cook in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, 35-40 minutes.
- Ready pie can be served to the table.
