Chicken Breast Stuffed with Vegetables and Cheese Recipe
This is my favorite chicken breast recipe. It is low-calorie, dietary, very tasty and looks beautiful for a romantic dinner and a festive table. Bright autumn vegetables will add juiciness and enrich with vitamins, and cheese and spices will provide flavor and piquancy to Your dish.s

Ingredients
- 2 pieces Chicken breast
- 0,5 piece Carrot
- 0,5 piece Bulgarian pepper
- 40 gram Cheese hard
- Seasoning I have black pepper and coriander ground, dry parsley, to taste
- Olive oil grease the baking dish and breast on top, to taste
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cut the chicken Breasts, unwrap them, add salt, and sprinkle with spices. Inside each breast add carrots thinly sliced lengthwise and grated cheese.
- Add strips of bell pepper and sprinkle with cheese again.
- Chicken Breasts, fold in half and secure. Top with oil, salt and sprinkle with spices.
- Put in the oven 180 gr. and bake for 35-40 minutes. For even Browning. Take out, let cool to 50-60 gr. under the lid. Sprinkle with herbs and serve.
- Cut and treat! You can make a side dish of boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes, or any other favorite of yours.
